CANCELLATION POLICY

A 5 minute grace period is allowed after your appointment start time. After 5 minutes, your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled depending on availability. Any no-shows or cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment time will result in a 30% service fee. This same 30% fee will also apply to appointments that must be modified due to late arrival.
